Tempstar Heat Pump is the worst unit I’ve ever had

Had a Tempstar Heat Pump installed in 2008 in our seasonal Fl home and we got nothing but trouble with it - first was the heating element within the 1st year, then the motor, now the central air conditioner is constantly running - so another repair bill.
They give you 5 year parts, 1 year service, so have to pay the trip charge plus the time. Called a Senior Level Rep with the company and she was totally nasty. My utility bills with this unit are 4 times what they were with my central air conditioner that was replaced.
