Rheem Drain Flow

I find that every Rheem Central Ac Unit and I mean every Unit we go to install , were always have a Problem with the Drain Flow. We always have to put cut pieces of metal up under the other side of the Unit to make it flow out the Drains.

Rheem really needs to fix this, its like the one hundredth time its happened , change the angle on the Evaporator Coil Pan or something to Fix this on going Problem Please

I am maintaining the Rheem unit and I found the Rheem unit have problem with drain line and also some unit water sprinkling from evaporator coil to supply duct what will be the reason can u tell.
I have clean filter,evaporator adjust gas but still water sprinkling.and leakage issue how can be it solve and the unit so design condensation occour beacause of Gap in the joint or body beacom to cold.

MY RHEEM 2 1 /2 TON CENTRAL UNIT WONT PULL OFF EMOUGH WATER TO MAKE INDOOR AIR LESS HUMID MORE COMFORTABLE. I CAN GET COLD INDOOR TEMPS BUT THEY
ARE VERY COLD AND CLAMMY NOT DRY DEHUMIDFIED AIR
AS DESIGNED TO.
THE DRAIN/DRIP LINE JUST BARELY SLOW DRIPS .
RE; NOT PULLING THE MOISTURE OUT OF THE INDOOR AIR.
MY RUN TIME EVERY CYCLE CAN BE FROM 13 MINS-23 MINS
DEPENDING ON THE LOAD AND OUTSIDE TEMP.

ANY THOUGHTS SUGGESTIONS QUESTIONS THAT COULD HELP ???
OH YES THIS WILL BE THE THIRD SEASON WITH THIS
ISSUE.
ON OCCASSION WEV'VE HAD TO USE A PORTABLE DEHUMIDIFIER WHICH WOULD PULL OF UP TO 4 GALLONS
ON A 24 HOUR RUN . HAD SERVICE TUNEUPS/CKUPS
CANT FIND THE CAUSE OFF THE ISSUE.

in most cases manufactureres of all kinds require that air speed be lowered to prevent condensate pull off but then youre left with airflow issues.so manny engineers so little common sense.

Your correct on the issue needs to be corrected. I've met with technical people associated with Rheem products on this issue. I've been told it's due to the air-flow design across the coil. The reason they won't change it is because they won't meet the high efficency rating they get with this design. We keep complaining maybe they will have to re-tool!
