Terrible! Makes promises and never follows through. Has been over 2 years trying to get central ac unit fixed and still hasn't happened. The REALLY bad thing about it is that it is his 86 yr. old grandparents home. Now he says he will fix it for $8,000-$10,000. SHAMEFUL!
