Constant Clicking Noise

My home central air conditioning unit makes a constant, non-stop clicking noise (usually when the desired temperature is reached). What is causing this?

Very noisy clicking all the time the contractor was rude when called for service. and we have had our Goodman central air conditioner for 1 1/2 months1/2 months. Now on top of the price of the Goodman Air Conditioner we have to call and outside service for the problem. Extremely disappointed.

i have the same problem mines jus ticks it break for about 3mins then back to it...but the whole time its on ticking/tapping noise work my ears
