What size condenser will I need? I have a 2000 sqf. two story all in the full sun and no shade. Windows do leak somewhat and there are about 280 sqf. of window....... 4 people living in here and we live in Michigan.

Sorry about the late reply. It's that we are bomb with question.
It's not just the condenser unit. The evaporator and the condenser has to match.
I could give you the rule of thumb and it would be wrong. I highly recommend that you hire someone to do load calculation. By the way, the technician should provide you that.
