Ruud Central Ac last For 7 Yrs

I had 2 Ruud central ac units installed in 2004 and they both need to be replaced now. I have a duplex and they told me one ac unit was shoot and the other would not last the season.

the units are UAKA-024jaz. The central ac units were installed in NJ so only used for the summer season, not very good quality if they last 7 years!!!
