piece of junk and no cutomer service

Installed in November of 2009, always very very noisy and the compressor went out in June 2010, second compressor went out after two days, the no hassle warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

I will bad mouth this central air conditioner unit every chance I get to anyone who will listen, ICP does not stand behind their warranties, and make things as difficult as possible.
