Noise coming from the central air conditioning unit

It’s not the blades, filter, or cleaning of the outdoor unit. When the central ac unit comes on the fan runs for a short time, then the compressor kicks on, runs a short time, makes a noise like its trying to start the compressor again, it does this at least 5 times during the unit is on cooling the house.

I have cold air, I have Freon. Could it be my A-coil or my throttle sticking making that noise. thanks
