Loud Harmonic Sound from Blower

Installed 16 Seer 4tn Ruud central ac unit 10/22/2010 $8,000 dollar Investment.Loud Harmonic sound coming from blower wheel.Motor and wheel bearing replaced 01/24/2011.I am left with the same sound an complaint.Air Handler Heats the house well but the wheel sounds out of balance.The loud Harmonic sound is annoying to the point I would not purchase this product indoor handler again.
