It Really Ain't That Hard To Stop A Trane

by Martin R
(Allen, Texas, USA)

Both compressors in my four year old two stage Trane central air conditioning unit went out during 100 degree weather in Allen, Texas.

Trane did not have these very critical parts available for replacement, the story is "they are being manufactured at the factory" this is day 4 with no AC; they said the parts will "PROBABLY BE READY" on Thursday. We'll see.

They hide their customer service numbers, had to go through the Better Business Bureau website to find it.

All I can say is, don't do business with these people.
