Indoor Blower Not Working

The system was blowing air through the vents but there was no cold air. The condenser unit outside was not on. The fuse was checked but the fuse was good.

I had a repairman come to look.

An HVAC repairman said that the thermostat as bad and replaced it.

Now, the condenser unit outside is running but there is no air blowing through the system.

I had the thermostat set to 50 for 30 min with the fan on. When put my hand to the vents, and it was not a return vent, I felt slightly cool air but not cold and it was not blowing from the vent.
