We hadn’t got through maintenance or cleaning the central air conditioner yet. But, here few thought.
1. To straight the aluminum fin, You use fins comb.
2. Using water does not really help with cleaning the condenser coil (depend how dirty the coil is). Hvac stores have special chemical to clean the outdoor and indoor coil.
These chemical are sold only to tech and contractor. I don’t know if you could find it online.
