High-End Goodman Outside Unit

Bought a high-efficiency, two speed, dual fuel furnace and central ac unit about 3 years ago. I've had 20 service calls on it so far.

It appears that the outside unit is poorly engineered. Seems now to be a piece of crap because it doesn't work longer than a couple of months at a time. Did Goodman drop quality as a consideration? I wouldn't buy it again.
