Goodman Hvac is Great Brand

The central ac unit was installed in 1992. The heater needed servicing about 4 years ago but other then that the ac unit has run reliably for 18 years and counting.

When it is time to buy another air conditioner, it will be a Goodman. That is saying whole allot living one block from the ocean where the salt air ruins everything made of metal.
