Central Ac Unit click outside, but doesn’t startup

the central air conditioner unit will click out side the air handler in the house will run but nothings out side the start-up condenser has leaked oil inside the unit and the bottom condenser looks like it has leaked at one time or another the unit is a train XL 1400 where can I find these condensers to replace them ? I have the model & serial #s

The outdoor unit is making a clicking sound and it's not starting-up. It also leaks oil inside the condenser units.

There seems a lot problem with your condenser units. I would call the local technician to look at it.
