Carrier Central Ac Model 24ABB

After the purchase of a new house our new Carrier central ac model 24ABB only works when the outside temp does not go over 99 degrees then it stop producing cool air.

Now we lived in the house for 14 months the contractor now charges an higher price to talk to us about the Carrier product being what it is as he said its the bottom of the barrel or next to it.

I am not an AC person i just don't like coming home to a house that's 85 to 100 degrees inside the house.

Hey, by no means am i complaining about Carrier products this time next year we'll install a Trane and put this Carrier product in the dog house
