Can You Replace The Evaporator Pan

by Steve
(Topeka, KS, USA)

I checked the regular condensation drain hole from the A coil and it is not blocked. Upon further investigation, I found the attached pan under the A coil has a small rusted through spot that is letting water leak inside the furnace and ultimately out onto the floor.

It is coming close to the electronics in the furnace unit and then gets the carpet wet (finished basement) when it leaks out. Can the pan be replaced or repaired somehow?
