Bad Goodman Customer Service

I had a 13 seer heat pump installed. It is less than one year old and the outside coil blew a hole in it.

Goodman is willing to replace the condenser coil, but I have to wait a week for the coil to arrive and I am selling the house and it has to be inspection in 4 days. Called consumer help line and they want me to pay to expedite. Would never buy a Goodman hvac again.
