AIR CONDITIONING UNITS NOT WORKING

by ELIZABETH
( NJ USA)

THE A/C MODEL HT4248, DESIGN PRESS 90-PSIG, FACTORY PRESS 150-PSIG SERIAL NO. 0302704429, IS NOT WORKING. I DO NOT KNOW WHY AND I AM PAYING A LOT OF MONEY IN ELECTRICITY.

IS ANY WAY THAT THIS PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED BEFORE THE WINTER IS GONE AND BEFORE THE SUMMER COME. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.

THANK YOU.

NO PICTURE IA AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

Lets lay off
by: Anonymous

I think that it is obvious that this person seems to be distraught over their issue and the fact that they are using all caps is by no means important but in fact PETY to nitpick.

Also I think that if you read through their frustration you will also see that they are probably seeking advice on what could be causing their unit to use so much electricity. The fact that they are not specific in their questions indicate to me that they don’t have any suggestions of the cause, but are looking for any opinions. Let’s be sensitive to everyone’s frustration and not petty. It is after all a serious investment and one that some people can’t really afford.

What is your question?
by: Anonymous

All caps mean you're screaming at the reader and the person, who is running this site.

Just to make sure. This is Goodman split central heat pump units...right? Are you asking why your Goodman heat pump not working or why it's using a lot of electricity?

This is public question and answers. If you want good answer from other people you have to be clear and specific.
